Through a statement published on Twitter, the Presidency of the Republic of Aswington informed citizens that it categorically rejects the "military operation" carried out by Russian military forces in Ukraine. The statement said that such "operation" is a "violation of Ukraine's sovereignty and international laws".
It should be noted that, on February 24, the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, announced a "military operation" in eastern Ukraine, according to him, in order to protect "the Russian-speaking population of the Donbas region", however, that "military operation" was condemned by the international community.
